This scooter depicts the England footballer Paul Gascoigne ("Gazza"). At the semi-final game of the FIFA Football World in 1990, he was deemed to have committed a foul and was awarded a yellow card. He realised that, if England won through to the Final, he wouldn't be allowed to play in it as the rules meant he had to miss the next game. He became emotional and had to be consoled by his team mates.
However, England were beaten in that semi-final game and didn't reach the final.

As well as being a popular area for walkers cyclists enjoy this part of Lincolnshire. |

I've no idea what "The Welfitts" refers to, one day I'll try to find out. |
How do you like my car? I wish, it happened past as I was taking the end sign out of the village and I thought it filled the space quite well. |
Pictures in this series taken on a Panasonic TZ60 compact.

Scooter Rally at Cleethorpes. Part 1, Mirrors.
The National Motor Scooter Rally was held in my town recently and offered a fine opportunity for photographs. I've edited them down into groups and will post some from time to time.
The first set is all about mirrors, the more a scooter has attached, the greater it's "street cred" (apparently).
