Louth Christmas Market.

Popcorn & I visited the Lincolnshire Market Town of Louth today, 17th December, and found their Christmas Market in full swing.  Difficult lighting with very bright but low sun but we still enjoyed the visit.

New Street, Louth.  Cobbled street that leads to the Market Place.

Lots of stalls in the market Place but, to be honest, most of them are there all year round.

Traditional Hot Chestnuts.

The Masons Arms is one of the oldest pubs in Louth.

The Market Hall clocks presides over the market.

Off course, I had to snap these two.

The main man.

A duo were entertaining folk and they were very good too

This couple had to have a dance!

The Market hall clock again with Cobble Bar.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR FROM POPCORN & ME.

End of the day photo's.

A few scenes photographed in the last light of the day.  Taken in different locations on different days when popcorn & I were out for our walks.

Heading towards Wold Newton.

A Lincolnshire Wolds winter sunset.

Moon rising over the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Lone tree.

Beesby Top

My Fishing Club pond, last rays of the sun.

Humberston Church, seen from across the fields.

The next 4 pics weren't taken at the end of the day but this morning.  The first sunlight we've
had for a few days.  This old tree has suffered damage from storm winds in recent years.

A large bough was ripped away.

I spotted this on a fence.

Lovely old tree at the end of Grainsby Park.

Autumn colours 2023.

I took these photo's in early November at a favourite location.  The trees are all bare now, I should have posted them earlier.

The owner of this house grows Dahlias which he sells at the gate to raise funds for the church.

People out walking on what was a chilly but bright Autumn day.

Individual trees have such bright colours.

Popcorn loves being out in the countryside, he had his lead wrapped around him here so
I "removed" it via Photoshop.  He's so lively I wouldn't dare remove it literally while out
on a country road.

Back on the lead he leads the way.

The tree on the left is a favourite and I look out for it in all seasons.

The low sunlight brings out the colours and long shadows.

More dog walkers.

A view out over the fields.

"Simply Mustangs UK"

I took these photo's at the September visit to the Mustang gathering in Cleethorpes.

Lots of interest in this model.

This man videos the group's cars.

The community police officer usually attends.

A few of the cars had "passengers" in them!!

An interesting spectator there.

She was quite happy for me to photograph her.

Bye Bye from the "Simply Mustangs UK" group.
