The rest is history.David Bennetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15624125733408030479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4439390942072958404.post-58103374961996599202019-02-28T16:27:52.721+00:002019-02-28T16:27:52.721+00:00Thanks for the tour, we have never made it to Skeg...Thanks for the tour, we have never made it to Skegness. I like out of season places, have a whole different atmosphere. Looks, from the photos, a typical English seaside town - one of the first I believe.

And Good gracious - only 2 pounds to park! I've recently had to pay five pounds at Padstow and Mylor!Mike Perryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02149847109691591945noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4439390942072958404.post-20951266189370566292019-02-28T16:19:06.302+00:002019-02-28T16:19:06.302+00:00Parking at Skeggy is a modest £2 for the whole day...Parking at Skeggy is a modest £2 for the whole day. I hope to go back for an evening visit in the height of summer as all the rides, Ferris wheel etc will be illuminated. You have captured "Skeggy" very well indeed! I can imagine how children love a summer's day at the pier and beach with all the sweet treats and the carnival atmosphere. On our East Coast the beach resorts it can be a solid mass of people who pay a premium for parking and haul all kinds of gear from long distances for a day on the crowded sand. But ask any one of them and they will tell you it's worth it. Thanks for another great tour!Ann B. Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16263483730433027795noreply@blogger.com
