Trains at Twylight. (1 of 5).

The Lincolnshire Wolds preserved railway hold many events throughout the year including the Easter Steam Gala.  This is when a visiting steam locomotive comes to their railway in addition to the resident locos.
I've been to the event for the previous 2 years but this year decided to go to the evening steam photo opportunity when photographers get the chance to photograph a couple of engines, fully steamed up and, as the light fades to dark, they are lit up by strong arc lights.

The session stated in daylight after a fairly grim, wet day.

Points levers.

Light rain sent me into the engine shed for a few pics.

A few steaming shots.
