Between Christmas & New Year I decided to choose
"Twelve of the Best".
I went through all my posts for 2019 and picked out what, in my opinion, was the "best" single picture from each of the 12 months.
It wasn't meant to be the most interesting picture, or one with the best lighting. I just chose the pictures that brought back a memory, made me smile or ones I just liked.
I could have picked several "Best Twelves" but had to be strict with myself.
January.
The Cemex Cement factory at South Ferriby.
|
February.
Freezing fog at Cleethorpes.
|
March.
a Llama I "met" on a walk.
|
April.

|
June.

|

|

And finally, yes this is number 13, but I couldn't leave
out my "Suzi"
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

What a good idea to share what you see as your favorites! While all are excellent, I’m giving a blue ribbon to the freezing fog. It tells such a good story and stirs the imagination. Well done and of course, Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThat was a magical day, cold but magical. We often get sea frets on our North sea coast, in all seasons, but that time the fog lasted all day accompanied by frost. The elderly man trudging up the inclined pier approach walked in such a tired way and, as you mentioned, the story was too good to miss.
DeleteSuzi has to be the star of course! Interesting set of your favourites.
