Rufford Abbey & Edwinstowe. Part 2, Edwinstowe.

Edwinstowe

"Edwinstowe is a large village and civil parish in the heart of Sherwood Forest, north Nottinghamshire, England, with associations to the Robin Hood and Maid Marian legends. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 Census was 5,188.[1]"

Edwinstowe has one of the most attractive and traditional village cricket pitches in England.
(in my opinion)

There's been a fair on this ground in Edwinstowe for several hundred years.
It's adjacent to the cricket pitch.
