  1. Hello David, what wonderful skies, beautiful shades of blue - very uplifting. Looks an interesting walk and, of course, the horse is special. Hope you have walks next week, hopefully the weather will be kind to us. All good wishes.

  2. You have represented your early Springtime beautifully. I like the photo pair, one with the budding twig, the other sharp to the horizon. After a long dark winter it is fantastic to see some green and such good colors! The crocus is always welcome and they haven’t appeared here yet. I fear they are a victim of harsh late ice and snow. Lovely photos as always and your Lincolnshire fields remind me of home.

    1. Hello Ann, thanks for your lovely comments. I'm p!eased you picked up on the differential focus on the twig and the distant trees, a bit of a photographers picture. The 3 trees on tne horizon are a favourite of mine, you've probably noticed them before....many times! 😃 Take care. 😊 🐕 🐢

  3. Wow, brilliant photos David! The crocus are exquisite - such vibrant colour and detail. I especially like the last picture too, with the bird feeders glowing in the sun. Did horsey get a treat? When I was little, we used to see an old work horse on a river walk we'd do each weekend. He'd always be waiting for us, and would get a polo mint or aniseed ball - they seemed to be his favourite and his eyes would roll back in his head 😄🐴😄

    1. Hi Lulu, thanks for commenting. Since I took these photo's, in love!y Spring weather, we're back to cold and gales again here. I suppose you the same were you are, but I'm glad you liked the pics. I don't carry Polo mints or anything suitable for horses but he/she did get some handfuls of grass from our side of the fence. Proving the old adage that it's always better on the other side! 😃
Despite "following" your blog I don't get an email alert when you put up a new post but I have a bookmark for your blog. Apologies if I miss any. 😊 🐢 🐕
