The Humber Bridge.

The bridge spans the Humber Estuary from Barton Upon Humber on the south (Lincolnshire) side to Hessle on the north bank which is in Yorkshire.  When opened it held the record for the longest single span in the world.

We go there quite often to walk our dog.

This inlet is Barton Creek which runs inland and has a boat building & repair yard alongside.

Looking over toward the Yorkshire coastline.

All of these pictures where taken from the Viewing Area car park on the south side in Lincolnshire.
