BRRRR! Frosty days!

Well, winter finally arrives, roll on next summer.   Pictures taken at home today.

Early Christmas decorations courtesy of the spiders!

Or maybe leftover from Halloween?

  1. David, I've only just commented on your last post and I see you've posted again...haha. Well, we are in the same boat as you here. It's positively frigid and we too have icicles hanging off the things that collected condensation and then froze. Lovely photos!

  2. We haven't had such a hard frost for a few years and it's set to last for a while yet. No doubt the weather will turn mild with rain by Christmas though! Thanks for commenting Val.

  3. Gosh, yes, it has turned cold, our road has been quite slippery with ice. Makes some interesting photos though! Take care.

    1. Very cold here today Mike. Heavy frost, just started snowing and........our CH boiler has broken down!! Waiting for British Gas engineer to visit now, they assure us it will be fixed today. Hopefully it's just the condensation vent iced up.

    2. Hope all goes well with your boiler problem. Snow in parts of Cornwall but none where we live - as yet.
