Misty Grainsby Park.

Grainsby Park in Lincolnshire is only a few miles away and is one of our favourite places to visit and walk our dog Suzi.  The remnants of thick mist still remained in the distance.

Panorama of the Parkland looking toward the sun to catch the remnants of the mist.

During Suzi's walk the mist started to return.
The large bulbous shape in the tree is a parasitic type of Ivy, most of the trees here had
this problem many years ago.  I used to tell our children they were "Monkey Nests"!!

My Wife + dog Suzi.

Another panorama.
Looking in the opposite direction, no mist at all, just sunshine.

  1. Super photos David, like the trees almost as silhouettes against the light background. Grainsby Park looks an interesting place to walk.

  2. What I love about these photos is how all but the last 2 share the same few colors of the misty grey, black trees and winter green grass. And then you turn around and there is blue sky. It looks like a lovely and peaceful place for a walk any time!
