Wold Newton.

Another visit to the village of Wold Newton.  It's a favourite place of ours to visit, even more so since Covid 19 imposed restrictions on where we can safely walk our dog Suzi.

North Farm outbuildings.

The lady who lives here has a lovely garden and allows me to photograph it.

One of the horses that occupy this area.

A lovely old wood.

The horse usually come to say hello.

Apple blossom at the Village Hall.

The other horses in this valley.

The lanes of Lincolnshire are very popular with bike riders.

"Lords & Ladies" flower emerging.  Botanical name is Arum Maculatum (thanks Wikipedia).
I've noticed a lot more of these appearing this year, very toxic plants to touch.

  2. The lady spends all day, most days in her lovely garden and usually has a word with us when we pass with our dog Suzi. Wold Newton is a place we visit lots. Glad you liked the old wood, I did "mess about" with it to give it a magical look so I'm pleased you thought so too.
