Popcorn & I attended a Carol Service a few days before Christmas at St. Peters Church, Ashby Cum Fenby. A village we visit often. The community there has welcomed and embraced us.

| After the service folk mingled about having minced pies, Stolen cake & mulled wine. |

| We left and I took this from outside. Olympus OM10 iv with 14-42mm lens. (ASA set to auto, very high at times) |
These are fantastic photographs David. A beautiful reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.

Hi David. The first comment isn’t mine, so I guess it is truly an anonymous reader. I am so happy to finally see one of Carole’s wonderful paintings! It is marvelous. As you feel like it, I hope you will share more of her work. ReplyDeleteHi Ann, I'm pleased you enjoyed seeing Carole's painting on my header picture. Carole had some of her paintings hung around the house and we used to change the one in our dining room to match the four seasons. I have kept up this tradition and when I changed the Autumn painting for this Winter one I photographed it to use as my blog header pic. I'll continue to do this and perhaps put one into a post occasionally. David and Popcorn.
