Wow David! Your photos are beautiful of course, and the variety is wonderful. I've never been able to capture dew on leaves and so I envy your talent. I've gotten lazy with my photography and have been using my little Canon G16 instead of the NEX7. These shots inspire me to do better. I hope you're not roasting in the heat! Your garden looks like a very cooling spot.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comments Ann. I'm afraid we are suffering in the heat, at least my wife Carole & I are. We've had high 20 degrees all week and today it's 30 degrees C in my garden. Down south, in the London area, they're expecting 39 degrees C today!!

Most of these flower pics were taken in the evening when its quite a bit cooler & the raindrop pics are on "Alchamilla Mollis" leaves which hairy leaves that trap the raindrops.
What beauties David, wonderful photos - I knew they would be!
ReplyDeleteWe are missing out on the sunshine here in Cornwall. Today (and yesterday) it has been cloudy and dull. I don't envy the high temperatures though but wouldn't mind some blue sky.
Thank you Mike, I would swap this heat & sun for your cloudy & dull. I'm not a sun lover but I do like it to be warm. 😊
