A few odd pictures from my garden.

A few "odd" pics from my garden.

Our garden, complete with my washing.

Some algae growing on our stone hedgehog.

First flowers opening on the Climbing Hydrangea.

I found this wild flower in our garden.  I think it's Shamrock, but it's past
it's best.  (I found a better example below.)

Norman was watching me all the time.

  1. Nice to see the personal touches to your garden, like the hedgehog's bristles, Norman keeping watch and that you have some clean shirts! Enjoyable photos. It's been a hot few days.

    1. Very hot here, you must be finding it really uncomfortable.

  2. These are delightful! I am a big fan of clotheslines and love to see clothes blowing in the breeze.. The angle you shot makes a marvelous image. Of course it’s fun to see Norman looking absolutely alive, and your hedgehog wearing algae..you’ve done an amazing job of finding so much visual interest in your own garden.

  4. Thank you, David. We are fine but things are not good here with about half of the states’ covid cases rising. Large scale gatherings attended by young people have been particularly troubling, as are protests and political rallies. Unfortunately many Americans are refusing to take adequate precautions. The lack of national leadership and inconsistencies across states doesn’t help matters. We are still staying home except for drives in the country. Bored, but safe!
