The Humber Mouth Yacht Club sits on the south bank of the Humber Estuary at the point where the Humber meets the North Sea.
At this time of the year the yachts have been brought off the moorings on the beach into the club yard to over winter and be maintained. Their masts can be seen in the compound.
The salt marshes around this area are a popular place for walks.
The structure on the left is a WW2 fort.
There are two of these forts at the mouth of the Humber Estuary,
this one named Haile Sands Fort & another on the far side named Bull Fort.

I think I'd be quite happy walking there, though I imagine it could get quite windy. Interesting to see the WW2 fort. Thanks.
